Improvisation songs on any cause is a very important element of the Koraput Munda traditional folklore. The first our acquaintance with the genre was so spontaneous that we couldn’t make a video recording. Our language helper, folclore collector and performer Srinivas Gomango performed this improvisation during a tea-break after lexicological questionnaire recording. As a background for subtitles, we have used a mural by Srinivas Gomango, which is a fragment of idittal-style wall-painting of the Centurion University.
